Dr Danka Sinadinović is a faculty member at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine, Department of Humanities. She is actively engaged in research and professional work, regularly presents at international conferences and congresses, and is a member of numerous relevant professional associations. She serves as the coordinator of the CEEPUS network Healthcare Communication on behalf of the University of Belgrade and participates as a manager and collaborator in several Erasmus+ projects. With over 15 years of experience in translating and editing medical and other specialized texts, she is also a long-time language editor of the journal Medicinska istraživanja (Medical Research). She has been working as a translator and English language editor for the Serbian Medical Journal since 2022. Her fields of interest include conversation analysis (with a focus on doctor–patient communication), discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, English for medical purposes, and pragmatics.
